If you feel sluggish in the mornings, here’s something that can help wake you up. It’s also a great core and shoulder exercise. Just do a handstand and hold for as long as possible. I’m up to 1min 45 seconds against a wall but I know one fella who does 3 mins without a wall every morning!
Some people have trouble getting into a handstand. If so, let me know and I’ll try to make a video of the easiest way.
Edit: make sure you stretch each muscle group you used after every set properly.
You can start with 20 seconds and build up. You’ll have banging arms in no time!
